I-765 Error retrieving case status
Upon checking my case status for I-765 on my online account, it says "Error retrieving case status" it says thst my case status is unavailable. I chat a live agent and she said that my case is currently in processing right now and that the website maybe down. She also mentioned of the delays in updating cases. Does this mean I might get my EAD soon?

we all have different luck but I have been waiting since last year and they are currently processing EAD for October 29, 2020
