Greetings everyone,
I applied for employment Authorization at the end of September 2021, USCIS received my application on 14 October 2021, it has been almost 9 months that I am waiting for my employment Authorization to get approve but no progress, can anybody tell me why it is taking so long ? life is very hard without having work authorization.

I applied on Sept 8 and I’m still waiting too. It takes time but it will come. We need to stay positive!

waiting since Oct 5, 2021 me & spouse. we cannot work-very stressful as we are running out of funds and have 2 children. I’ve gone thru congressman for help-waiting for USCIS to respond to them

I filled 130 august 14 filled EAD in sept 7 and 5 expedite NOTHING I lost many many jobs I can’t buy anything life is really really so hard in America if you can’t work…

eb3 case, filled in february 2021 and no ead until now. Almost 16 months in Stuck Nebraska Center. Only 140 aprroved until today 😔

lion maybe you can do premium case they have to make desicion in 30 days and 1500$ fee. check uscis account for premium EAD case if you are eligible for that.

May ask no more money waste with them. I've been waiting for almost 16 months and processing times shows it takes 16 months ans 15 days. I lost my confident on that but let's pray 🙌
