I got approved just today. The status changed to card is being produced. PD 08/15. I believe your time will come.

@Adri C yes my expedite was based on financial hardship. i actually didn’t need to submit any evidence, they approved my case the same day they sent the email requesting evidence, but I’d suggest having bills, rent, bank records or anything proving financial struggle. give them a good reason for expediting. explain why it is important that you receive your ead. good luck! don’t give up. My case is also at NBC.

@Geo M I have done my expedited request today! Sent by fax 15 pages of evidence. Hoping it works and moves forward. Do you get a receipt notice or confirmation? and how did they take? thanks!!

I also have an US Senator willing to do an inquiry and help. Would you guys use that resource before USCIS respond to my request? as I said I submitted all evidence they requested for expediting I765

Some people got it accepted just with bills I’ve read.

Did you call them or use Emma for the request? You could also try the senate inquiry. Keep us updated with what happens!! best wishes!

@Geo M Called them and then got an email asking to fax all the evidence. That’s what I did today, but haven’t heard back if they received it or not. i went ahead a asked for that senate inquiry. let’s see how all of this goes… hoping they approve it soon..
