I-765 & I-131 @californiacenter
Hi everyone. I applied for i-765 and i-131 at the same time. My i-765 file was approved 27 days after I applied, but will my i-131 file be approved soon? Is anyone in the same situation? Because I read in the forms that the approval of my EAD card alone is not enough for me to leave the country.

I was in the situation the i-131 also approved its going to be a combo card. it was the same thing showing for me and its still showing and i always received the card and travel out the country twice already and back. don't worry you good.

once u get the work permit card, you with know if its a combo card. you with see at the bottom left serves as i-512 advance parole.

I received the combo card faster than I thought but my Greencard took me one year before they approve it the whole process took 2 years but some cases are different

thank you guys @andy jean @Va Jo @mariam T. I know the green card process is longer. I was told that I could leave the country when my ead card and travel document were approved, now my ead card has been approved, but how do I know if my travel document has been approved? I wonder if it will be a situation like this is not approved? I don't know what Advance parole is, to be honest.

I think it’s a combo card now. Both EAD/i765 and Advanced parole/i131 are on one card. Check the card, it will be written on it or the accompanying documents/letter with the card.
