congrats! took two years on a waver! can you share what happened that you had to file a waiver and what additional documents did you provide?

@ed san congratulations. when did you convert your case to vawa waiver? during the marriage or divorce? thanks 🙏🏾

I applied as a VAWA waiver from the beginning. I was in a toxic relationship that at a point became also physical. my ex hit me one day. I was in shock and didn’t tell anyone for a month until my mental state deteriorated and I had to be taken to the hospital. At my inpatient care I opened up with the therapist. After that I immeadiatly left home and filed for divorce. but I filed for the VAWA waiver even before finalizing my divorce. I submitted proof of good faith marriage and also the hospital/therapist report or my ptsd related to the marriage.
