I-751 proccessing
Hi guys, I just talked to an agent through Emma and I asked about the progression of my case and if my case is in the local office. He told me yes it is in my local office, which is Phoenix. I received a NOA from the service center in Vermont. Does it mean my application is already being processed and moved from the service center to the local office? Also he told me that he doesn’t have any specific information about my case but as of 07/25/2023 my case is processing and I must continue to wait. Any idea what it means? They reused my biometrics and I haven’t heard anything since the 27th of June for the last notice. Thank you!

your case is normal. I-751 processing took at least 6 months to be approved if you are very lucky and you prepare very detail about your case. Almost cases took a year or more than a year to be approved(mine is 14 months). if you received recepit and biometric reused, just relax and wait. check your case status once a month because you don't want to be nervous 😬. they will send you the extension letter, you can use it to travel when your 2 years GC expired. Unluckily for me, my Feild office forgot to send me extension, my passport expired, my gc expired, I can not travel outside US. when you can apply for Naturalization Application, apply as soon as you can not apply too soon, they will denied although you passed interview.

@Bibi Thanh Tran I received the extension the first week they received my application. it was decently fast. by having my application in the local office and started processing it on the 25th of July im hoping it will go fast from now. I sent like 150 pages with all the documents they asked for…
