I 751 denied
interview denied because the officer was mad about a picture and need more evidence.
2 weeks after the interview I received the letter .I refile with a lawyer. 3 months after I received a paper to go to court one day before the court hearing the judge dismissed the court hearing.
can someone tell me hong long it can take to have the stroke interview?

you should get a notice in like 2 weeks time. A stoke interview is nothing to worry about as long as your marriage is legit then any questions they ask you should be able to answer it’s not rocket science simple things you should know about your partner and the house you live in
