I 751 as abused spouse/vawa
hello I'm in a position where unfortunately I was abused by my US spouse. I have to submit my I 754 soon but I'm unsure of the process. I did . I did my 485 by myself and was hoping to do this one the same. my question is do I need to submit a I 754 and a i360 to do the removal of condition. also which center should it be sent to? the one for I 754 or the vawa office?

@Dom Doug you can’t file an i360(vawa) for removal of conditions because you already have a GC. what you would file is removal of conditions based on abusive spouse but note, it is not called vawa.
