joint application..but he signed it and left. I was about to file for a divorce,talked to lawyers. it was really bad time. I don't even have his address.

With some of your previous posts, and fact patterns, I would be very careful if you apply for citizenship. Definitely consult a lawyer before and find out if it is a good idea to even do so!
