@el B I did everything on my own, collected all evidence , filed a form, find on youtube Kseniya International, videos are on english and explaining every step - how to apply, how to fill the form etc, it's super helpful. I was invited to biometric appoinment soon on 21th, we'll see. also I uploaded all divorce docs on my online uscis account

@el B you could apply immediately after divorce, u don't have to wait this 90 days before expiration

@el B taxes we filed together, 2022 and 2023, photos with description (made couple collages and all dates and who are on pics on the bottom) health insurance with our names, phone bills, gifts (pictures, like iphone, expensive watches etc), social media posts - everything u have. most important evidences are taxes, insurance, common bank account, lease agreement, I hope u made a lot of copies and screenshots

@el B You can download your tax transcripts from your IRS account. That’s all you need, you don’t need the full tax return.

@Naala Nei is it okay to apply beforehand only in divorce case? or while married is also ok?

@Naala Nei only after divorce its ok, if u are still married u should apply for removal of conditional status 90 days before your green card expiration date
