Anyone knows if they actually approves I751 these days? most persons I'm hearing from says they didn't get a 10 year card, they submitted but got no response on time so they went straight for the citizenship application after waiting the additional year. anyone has experience here?

don’t know nobody how received the 10 years card everybody apply for citizenship before the card is sent

I’ve been waiting since May 2023. On February 17th I got the second “actively reviewing”.
