please share your experience and what proof you submitted. I also filed with divorce waiver back in February. I have a child with my ex spouse I’m hoping for a smooth process.

@gbagba Ellah @Chris K To prove my good faith marriage, I prepared Tax return, Bank statements, Lease agreement, W-2, Paystubs, Health Insurance documents, Life Insurance documents, Auto Insurance documents, Affidavits, and Photos, etc.

@SRC 12/20 I didn’t change it. I submitted the I-751 application as a divorce waiver from the beginning. And, while waiting for the I-751 approval, I didn’t apply for the n-400.
