it depends of the service center and is case by case but the average is between 2 to 4 years

Well mine took exactly 24 months.. You do get an extension letter for 24 or 48 months. I got the 24 month extension letter. A month before it expired i decided to send more information and two week after I called because I didn’t get no response and my extension letter was expiring and the person said he would send me another letter in the mail but instead I got an approval letter and my 10 year GC 4 days later. My advice keep updating your information. Good Luck!
