congratulations I’m still waiting for i730 decision 2 weeks ago they sent an rfie and it’s been 9 days since I responded to the rfie. no update till now

@eve eve what they ask in rfe? when did you apply for i-730 .we are wsiting to its been 14 months

@rammy singh they ask for my stamped asylum application form i589. I applied October 22 and I asked for congressman help

@eve eve we try congressman but uscis denied expedite request.what did you ask to congressman are you able to share please?we applied in june/06/2022.

yes @rammy singh I can surely share. I said my husband is very sick which is true and I would like him to come over so he could get a better health care and I send some evidences of his diabetic
