@jiya p Omg thats too much. If you don’t mind. could you please tell me your home country. some cases takes really long because of country reputation. where is your application (i730) located? I would suggest you to work hard 2 weeks. make some extra money and file a lawsuit. you will get decision within 60 days. some cases takes maximum 6 months. looks like your application has been lost for such a long time. my case is different. I filed for my family after received a green card. My best friends case is same as yours. He waited for two years. after that, I suggested him to file a lawsuits. He did file and got approved in 41 days.

@jiya p There is no problem at all for country reputation. uscis lost your file. thats 100% sure. hire an attorney or file a lawsuit yourself.

@jiya p My friend pay 2K for that. He is an excellent attorney. I’m from nepal. I work for community to help people about immigration. he is the only one excellent attorney i have ever found. i think 2k is fare price. i know most of the attorney charge 3500-6000 for lawsuit.
