@jiya p Contact USCIS, ask for status update, or also inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

@jiya p yes, i did over 20 inquiries and i contact my congressman two times, after second time they transferred my case to Texas office for speed up. I hope it’s going to work this time.

@jiya p First, I did an inquiry every 30 days. Second, I contacted my Congressman twice. Third, I sent a written letter to the National Benefit Center asking them to expedite my case because it is outside the processing time. And I’d continue to call the USCIS immigration about every 2 months, until they told me to directly contact and mail the national benefit center instead of contacting them
