I-693 Deficiency Notice Help!
Hello all, I filed for my wife of 5 years and my step daughter on 7/6/2022. We have a child together and they have had a B visa for years. They entered the US from Ukraine at the start of the war and we filed the 130, 131, 485, 693 and 864 for both of them all at once 7/6/2022 with both their medicals attached. We recently got approval of the I-765 on 12/22/2022 for both of them. I also received a I-693 deficiency notice for my daughter only, its not a RFE just a reminder. Did not receive one for my wife.... I spoke to an agent and they said our interview was waived on 7/11/2022 which seems incorrect as that was a few days after receiving our AOS. So is this a general letter that goes out to all or does it mean they lost her medical? Her timeline does not reflect the request. It states to just have it ready encase of interview or if they ask to mail it and not to take action now. FO is Cincinnati, case is still at NBC. Thanks
