I-601waiver
1.7 years ago I applied for i-601 but I still don't have an answer, even if it's negative... is this normal, does anyone have experience?

I don’t personally have experience but these seem to take about 3 years for approval based on what I have seen. do a search in this section for 601 and I’m sure you will see a lot of other peoples timeline to approval. good luck!

My ban of 5 years ends in April 2025...do I have to wait for an answer from i601
