I-601A transfer
My I-601A just got transferred to a new jurisdiction. I’m not sure which one yet but I’m hoping this will help my case move along faster, after not receiving any updates for over 2 years.

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"

Update : My case was moved again within 24 hours . The message I received was : Case Was Transferred And A New
Office Has Jurisdiction
No need to worry about the change. Depending on the load of applications received and processing times at service centers, your application can be moved to different locations to balance the overall processing loads. Nothing changes in terms of how it is adjudicated.

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com
There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators.
Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community.
Search Inmigrate USA.
I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida.
Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien.
Thanks!!!

Dominican Republic and no, you don’t leave that fast. For example, in my brother case he had to leave the US around two weeks before his interview. The reason being because the embassy requires you to get a few medical test done. And those test need to be available for your appointment and they take a few days to be delivered to the Embassy. Therefore, it’s best if you leave within a good time frame. If you do get approved once you have your interview—they stay with your passport and it takes about a week for it to be ready.
This is what happened with my brother and more than a few family members and friends. But I’m sure things vary depending on the country or case. Just make sure to not leave the U.S without that I-601A approval and you’ll be good. @lovely roses
