I pray for some kind of relief soon for everyone involved in this process.

Look at the positive side, at least you are waiting in the U.S. Many others have to wait outside the U.S for the same type of waiver

it's 44 months now , it got worse soon as Biden took over , it's the least priority of all the forms , they barely process it , hang in there sis even though it sucks

@seba Ds What do you mean others have to wait outside the US for the same waiver? 601A only applies for applicants inside the US.
If applicants are outside the US they apply for i-601 which is taking about 2.5 years.

Times are horrible, but the more immigrants this administration let's in the longer waiting times will get.

i601A and i601 are both hardship waivers… and yes… imagine waiting 2.5 years outside the U.S separated from your family. I agree with you, processing times are horrible!

@kate simoneaux have you gotten an update? I’m Dec 2020, so times are hard and I feel your pain. this effects so much more then just the waiting game, our lives are literally put on hold and it feels like a prison

no unfortunately no update yet, except another denial on an expedited request I sent only once. lol
