will NVC or USCIS let me know if my husband need a I-601a waiver?
my I-130 was approved and my husband does not have a deportation but he did entered without inspection.

@liliam lopez NVC or USCIS will NOT let you know. An attorney that you consult, however, will confirm whether your husband needs one. Based on your message, it appears that he does and you should definitely not proceed without an approved waiver. Definitely talk to an attorney!
