Is anybody else in the same situation?
I applied back in October 2020. Abuser was a US Resident. I understand the process is different when the abuser is a US Resident. Submitted RFE (First Medical) Biometrics taken. Got VAWA approved in July 2023. then they sent another RFE in September 2024 requesting my home country birth certificate, sent requested document. Case status has not changed (since September) requesting the document I already sent. I-131 approved in November 2024.
It’s about to be 5 years since I started this whole entire process.
What are the chances of getting my Green Card anytime soon?

my case has been transferred twice
July 30,2024 and
November 26,2024
