@louis I wrote Congress tr find out about my application. and this was her response ‘Your case is pending, and will be scheduled for an eligibility interview as soon as an interview slot becomes available’. I don’t know how long this will take. I got approved for vawa in march

@Louis, filed for VAWA March 2020, got approved on June 1st 2022 without any RFE then had my I-485 interview in LA Oct 19, 2022. Case was approved Oct 21st.

@gods mercy- how did the interview go? what did they asked you? some i-485 with vawa approvals got their interviews waived.
