Vawa approved March 2023. Got Medical rfe June, 2023. Medical rfe sent in June 2023. 9 months after, Still waiting.

This is way too long. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@idk 🙂 🥱 when my vawa is approved, after 3 months I received another letter which says that, all the files that I sent are correct, but my medical file is missing, to wait for rfe before sending it, that if I send it without rfe my case will be canceled, so I waited 12 months and it was this week he sent me the rfe... if he doesn't ask, don't send

they send rfe 1/2/24 they recived 2/2/24 and 485 aproved 2/16/24

I think after vawa approve they take 1 year to 1 485 approve

if they didn’t transfer 485 to other field, after vawa got approved. Do I need to be worry again like what I had regarding my vawa approval. I was married to (US) citizens, had sent all forms together at the beginning even medical forms. i saw many people case are moving fast mine again behind the all. after my 360 approved, just trying to void all stress and anxiety.
