don't be nervous. it's definitely not going to be something hard to get. it could still be medical, maybe your medical exam is missing some vaccine like Hepatitis A and B. or could even that the civil surgeon used old form.

Log in to your USCIS account and look at the documents under the I-485. You should find a copy of the RFE explaining what they are asking for.

if it’s initial evidence it’s something simple. mine was for my long form birth certificate with my parents’ names on it. luckily I knew the request was coming so I ordered it in advance

hey, do you remember me, we had similar EAD approvals. it looks like they are about to start working on your case . if you have your USCIS account you can login and check the documents tab if not you would have to wait for the mail to come in . it might be medical exam if you didn’t send your medical along

@l castro They have requested as evidence my most recent tax return, W2 form, my husband's letter of employment (date of employment, nature of job, employee position, hours per week worked, yearly salary and possible future positions or promotions, name and signature of employer) and pay stubs for the last 6 months. The only thing we don't have is the 2023 tax return since we were waiting for the approval of my son's EAD and his social security card to file our taxes... but what a surprise I had this morning when I reviewed the account online for my son, in the documents section there was the approval letter for his EAD from Thursday 02/29 (same day they requested evidence for my I-485)!! Now we are just waiting for my son's social security card to arrive so we can file our taxes and send the evidence!! I feel happy because things have gradually settled in our favor!! 🙏
