I-485 transferred to different field offices -EB1a principal and beneficiary
My spouse is primary applicant under Eb1-a and I’m the beneficiary. we both are under own H1B currently.
my spouse case was transferred to Cleveland FO and mine to San Jose FO( local FO I guess?) . what could be the reason? we got to know this from Emma agent.
will I have an interview? is it common for beneficiary having interview and not principal?

@Jack reacher Ask a few more agents to confirm, Happened with me they said my case was at my local FO but then I asked them but last week someone told me it was at LA FO(non-local) then they were like yeah you are right I can see it is at LA

@Ashley M you were right! asked again and now confirmed both are at Cleveland and is ‘ready for review’ . no officer assigned yet

most likely you won’t have interviews. based on load you will be approved in few weeks and less than a month
