I-485 Timeline
Hi,
I’m reaching out to check if there are any updates on someone similar to my case, as it has been quite some time without any progress. I’ve noticed that applicants with a similar priority date are starting to receive approvals.However the difference is they have receipt start with MSC and mine stated with IOE
Here are my case details for reference:
• Priority Date: June 8, 2023
• Category: EB2-NIW
• I-485 Filed: December 2024
• Biometrics: February 2025
The current status is “We are actively reviewing your case.”
When I contacted Emma (the USCIS virtual assistant), I was informed that my case has been transferred to the National Benefits Center (NBC) and that the interview has been waived.

USCIS that an action have been taken but when I see my account there is no update
