"A signed statement confirming you intend to work in the occupational field specified in the Form I-140 if you are a self-petitioner" do i need this for eb1a? what happens if i leave it out?

it’s best to put as much information as possible. this is not a requirement, but if you already work in the field you can add your employment letter. also remember to add the supplement J instructions that say it is not required for EB1A and re-emphasize it on the cover letter to avoid further delays

@T. G. @EB1 K I omitted it, thinking it being in my cover letter (I dedicated the last paragraph in my i140 cover letter to it) is what they meant. I didn't realize until later that I needed a separate statement. The issue now is, my i-140 has been approved and my i485 has been moved to NBC. Do I send to NBC or to TSC where I filed? TIA.
