I-485 RFE Status Not Updated
I filled for Adjustment of Status under EB1. I got RFE of my birth certificate, I sent it back in response to the RFE. It’s been 18days since the response to the RFE was delivered to USCIS but there has been any update on the RFE status.
Anyone has any idea what might happening?
My friend got similar RFE, I submitted RFE response a week before him and his own already got updated to received

@J D It's not uncommon. I think it happens because someone at USCIS has not updated case status on your case (which has to be done manually). As long as you keep the proof of RFE package delivery, there is no need to worry.

mine wasn’t updated for years… so this is not uncommon. just have the delivery proof with you and that will be sufficient,
