I responded last week. bug no notifications yet for the rfe receipt. when did you receive the receipt notice?

as we are approaching the end of fiscal year. I’d say before the end of next month. I often see them rushing to finish up the visas for the year. @A N

I got an RFE for public charge section. my attorney has selected “NO” on part 8 on 485. we responded to the RFP in a week and decision came in 3 days of submission.

@Charlie SC the RFE was for passport size photograph, submitted it on 29th july.

@A N I got the same RFE and submitted on 29th too, it was delivered yesterday and got an update this morning to say response was received. I am hoping they make a decision in the next couple weeks.
