I-485 Processing Time
Hi there,
I am getting anxious about my I-485 processing time because my I-485 status has not changed since 11/6/2021.
I finished the biometrics appointment and received my EAD card. However, I have not received any further notice or information about an interview schedule.
It seems like the people who filed the papers after me got the interview schedule, but not me.
Is my paperwork lost? or do I just need to be patient?
Here's a timeline of my case:
9/23/2021 - Filed my I-485
10/5/2021 - The USCIS received it
11/6/2021 - My I-485 status on the USCIS website has changed to "We scheduled you for a biometrics appointment" (it has not changed ever since)
12/2/2021 - I received a "I-693 DEFICIENCY NOTICE"
12/6/2021 - Finised with my biometrics appointment
5/18/202 - Received my EAD card
