my I-485 just changed to actively being reviewed from response to RFE received. my I-130 is still on response RFE received. I feel like the I-130 should’ve changed first, has this happened to anyone else?

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@C R definitely its odd bc in order to get you i485 you must have approved first your i130 talk to your lawyer must be a mistake

@C R spoke to one, apparently it doesn’t mean too much as the I130 can sometimes be the last thing that updates but who knows. let’s see what happened
