Family, I guess I have to share my story again. I had my interview October 2021 and the officer was very professional and nice though which I thought I was going to get approved because we were prepared for the interview. My marriage is real and never had any doubt that I was never going to be approved immediately but God knows the best. he gave me a white paper marking the first paragraph. We were interviewed separately. Since after my interview my status still not change on the app, still says interview scheduled. So the 120 days completed today Feb 1st and I don’t know what to do. Should I call them or still hang on? The only issue I had at the interview was that he was questioning my sponsorship signature on her passport and her other supportive documents that they are not the same. He did called her after my interview but she was in a meeting and she was expecting them to call her back but they never did. Please I need advice. Thank you family.

reviewing case should never be more than 120day if ur case is taking longer after interview then there is a problem you have to call them . or file mendemus . do u hire attorney? if u did not then you are the cause of your problem

@J j and @Danubia gregorio, I am in same boat as well, interview Aug 17 and called them last day November but status changed on Dec 29 that ‘case updated to show fingerprints were taken’ . I pray we all hear good news this month

my interview was on February 8, 2021 and so far almost a year later they sent me my green card. the wait is frustrating .. and even so I already had 2 years after the interview in all the time I waited they sent me a 2-year conditional

@Jj I had my interview August 6th 2021 and my case was just Approved last week Tuesday and yesterday I received my 10yrs GC, it took them almost 6 months to approve my case after my interview even tho the interviewer told me on spot that my i130 have been approved and that I should expect there decision on my i485 in my mailbox in 2weeks 🤷♀️I keep checking my mailbox for the complete 2weeks and I got nothing and I don’t have anything to do than my lawyer told me to wait that am still in the processing time and I bless God because my two years anniversary was just last year December so that was a win win for me to get a 10yr GC, please guy hang on there by the grace of God you will surely get the approval 🙏🙏🙏💝💝💝congratulations in advance guys❤️

hi why did you get answer for 765 after 1 year ? and which FO ? I have same problem about sponsor and they didn’t give answer many months. I’m curious am I gonna wait 1 year

@ vibes, thank you for your advice. @ mich $$$ , Amen to your prayers, you guys are so helpful. To answer other questions my field office is Indianapolis. I haven’t called them because i was thinking I shouldn’t hurry to call them. my marriage is real and I never thought of getting a lawyer so I don’t have a lawyer. I got my 765 after a year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Vibes and Mish did you guys call them before getting approval? Thank you all.

@jj I didn’t call them I just waited as my lawyer said am still in the processing time,so if I call them that’s what they will tell me so I just wait and my EAD was approve 16months after I filed 🤷♀️ and that 3months after my interview , hey I know it’s frustrating to wait but trust me you will be Approved by the great of God🙏

@J j thanks for your answer I hope you will handle soon. @ mich wow I’m shocked now I lost my all hopes I got many many job offers I can’t work there is no answer they wanted evidence and no answer and my field office is NJ. where is yours ?
