Is there anyone here with a K1 visa who got married in Texas this year, then filed for an I-485 and already got their permanent residency approved? How long did you wait to get approval from USCIS? Thank you. #k1visa #I485 #permanentresident

I am in the same situation as you, but what I have seen in other people's cases is that if there is no setback, the time varies between 4 - 8 months.
