USCIS will conduct your Adjustment of Status interview without the presence of your military spouse (the petitioner) if he or she is currently deployed. At your interview, you should bring evidence of your spouse’s military assignment abroad, such as a photocopy of the official orders or a letter from your spouse’s commanding officer. You should also bring any other evidence requested on your interview notice.

it worked out very well just bring proof that your spouse is deployed and you will be fine…..

@ricka mc no they did not call him she saw in the evidence that I sent that he was deployed so they was expecting me to come alone

she asked yes or no questions off the i485 an and when we got married and that’s it
