@b p Hi, I read through your prior posts. You can apply to adjust status but it is not the same as if the spouse was a US citizen. You need to have a visa available to you which are limited every year compared to a US citizen where there is no limit. They can look at your history so they may be looking to ask you questions in person. If you do not have a removal order then I would not be worried about attending the interview. If they wanted to straight up deny you then they would. I would not say you are overreacting but there is also more on the line for you and you do not have a straightforward case. I am a boring Canadian that did an AOS and I was worried and still am. That is normal. I really hope it goes well for you.

@b p have you ever acrued unlawful presence in the past and if yes did your spouse completed form i601 with good evidence to show hardship to your LPR spouse, if you do all of this I don’t think you need to panick, just consult an attorney and explain your situation and if you did not file i601 still consult an attorney and they will advise you better

@Bee Col no I have never accrued unlawful presence but I was in a period of authorized stay for 2 years. that’s where I am thinking they would ask questions about

@Kingsley B thanks for your insight. yes our priority dates were current and all. we already have an approved I-130 which proves the marriage is Bonfide. so I am just thinking what else are they gonna ask during the interview
