I-485 got approved 😊
Hello everyone, I received my Green Card today.
My husband and I (derivative applicant) both applied together for I-485, I-765, I-131 and our service center was Nebraska. On 17th March 2022 it was moved to NBC and on 7th April my husband's I-485 case got approved. I got an RFE on 11th April. The RFE documents were submitted on 29th of April and my case got approved on 22nd of May :) Happy to answer any questions.

No.. Rfe was for life sharing together (photos, joint accounts etc) Medical was filed during initial submission

so you are saying you and your spouse got green on separate date? I am in similar boat, my biometrics was taken from the past and my spouse (derivative) biometrics is yet to announced.

@jagjeet - mine was sent by lawyers.. i just sent the documents which was asked by uscis directly to lawyers
