@Anamaria pineros linares unfortunately that is how USCIS operates. My pd is August 2022. They transferred my case from NBC to my FO they requested my medical in September 2023 and nothing since.

i have the same time line as you, i applied December 28 2021 , i had an rfe for medicals 2 years ago aswell and havent herd anything since then

you need to get them sued. it’s long time overdue to fasten the process. that’s way too long

i was in the exact same situation
pd October 2021
after not hearing anything for 2 years i filed a writ mandamus
i got approval 25 days later

@Anamaria pineros linares no I didn’t filed a mandamus because it’s stating that it is still within the normal processing time. Bklyn FO is 17.5 months to process 80% of their cases. I did two inquiries and they replied saying it’s processing normally so I guess the time it took to process at NBC doesn’t count. I am just trusting god to come through for me. I can’t anymore.

@Baby Love am also from December 2022,case sent to TX field office.Did enquiry was told to wait for a month and that was in October last year.Not heard anything at all.
