Hi guys, today my mom’s I– 485 was approved But I – 130 is still pending, is that normal? She did not have an interview, she only attended the biometric appointment. Thank you in advance

@Jamerican Queen the first RFE was for my tax returns - I didn’t understand why they asked for them, since on the form it said I could send tax transcripts - but they requested it, so I gathered it all and sent it. the second RFE was for my birth certificate translated - again, not sure why they requested it, since I made sure it was sent with other documents once we sent the form - they probably lost it in the process of moving between offices
