I-485 expedite approved PD 8/17/2021
my expeidite was approved for my I-485. my I-130 was approved already with no interview. what are the chances I-485 will be approved with no interview? i no they have everything they need… i hired a lawyer to fix problem that was delaying I-485 and requested foia. how long do i wait to hear? they didnt give me a time frame, just that expedite was approved and they are going over my case now. its been almost 3 years of waiting i cant take anymore

@i l FOIA can take between 2-3 months. Green card approval, unknown! What was your reason for expediting i-485 and what evidence did you submit?

@Marquez W boston @pooja fnu @William u , yes i already got foia, finincal hardship. letter from my work saying i need green card or im gunna lose my job, if i lose my job my family will lose everything as i am the only one who works. my wife stays home to take care of my disabled son, so i sent proof of his disability and therapy he needs to attend and they approve expedite may 17th - still havent heard a decision yet
