I have made about 3 inquiries, last one a little over a week ago. They just keep telling me the same thing that they are reviewing and it's processing normally. I've contacted my congressman and they forwarded me an email with the same response I received from uscis. my 130 has been approved since 2021 and I have not received any rfe. I have no idea why they're just dragging their feet on the cases.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
