Wow. I have EB3 case too My medical RFE was received by the KENDALL FL. office 4 months ago and still no decision. I think you very lucky and blessed. Be proud of yourself.

I guess you need to hire a lawyer and file a mandamus.

it has been 12 month from the day I submitted my documents. At 18 month I will file mandamus.

@Vlad, yes very very lucky!! I did read that USCIS has been approving a lot of cases recently so fingers crossed that yours gets approved soon!
