EB2 Row, same PD oct 22, case status remains: case update to show fingerprints were taken since our biometrics in nov 2023. no updates

EB2 ROW priority date December 2022. Both AP and EAD were approved. I got RFE for I485, they needed my birth certificate.

@fatima h you are still not current . waiting game gonna beggin for you on 1st of April :)) and it’s gonna take time , as still there are people with PD August and September waiting. Really , it is hard

EB2 as well (have EAD and AP approved), PD is Jan 21, 2022. and my case is ready to schedule for an interview since Feb 06, 2024.

@Dhan23 Bartolome what was your previous status? have you been to CRP?

I’m also LIN ead ap approved. medical rfe received status for almost 60 days now

@First Name Last Name I believe you will be approved fast. your PD is really old

PD October 2022, I-485 submitted December 2023, approved last week - never on CRP, no interview or RFE. ROW NIW

@M Sz Congratulations . most current cases that were filed directly to NBC in Nov and Dec are getting their decision now.

pd Oct 2022, applied 485 Oct 24, ROW EB2, CRP since Nov 23 - no movement since then (no EAD or AP either yet). the wait is long.

PD July 05, 2022. CRP since November 03. Still waiting I-485 and I-131...

@ D A, Can you advise if what is CRP mean?

@D A I checked the casestatusext.com, and it looks like they only approve 99 case out of 2000 so far.. looking at those 99 case, mostly were transferred to NBC on end of January.

@wahab waqar so that is it. your batch is relatively new, started 2024. mine is older , 2023, and there are 3590 cases there , 1257 approved
