Yes- It does. However- some people get the approval righr after leaving rhe USCIS FO. Others, need to wait for weeks to 6 months. I was interviewed on 08/13. Current Status “Interview Was Scehduled”

how about case transferred from NBC to non-local FO?

@No image Yes. Case went to local field office. The interviewer says “Everything Looks Good. You will hear from us”.

According to Emma” The officer cannot guarantee the apporval”. So i don’t rely much on the golden words of Officer after the interview.

@Yas I - I was told by EMMA “after an interview it can take 120 days for an update” i would wait till Dec 2024.

also- i am not sure if EB-2 are all used for FY 24.

@Yas I - Emma told me that all visas have been used for FY 24.

@Yas I - EMMA told if visa was available during interview, I may get a decision in 90 days. Otherwise, I need to wait for next FY 25 october and onwards!
