fad was not current ..i didnt know abt it then..

@Prabhu 007 I am sorry then there won't be any use of appealing the decision. Is you FAD current now? If yes there is a chance of quickly refiling.

when was your pd for 360? april 2023?

its not current now.. will have to wait patiently and refile when pr becomes current..

I’m sorry heard that.I remember some of religious workers shared experiences who appied I485 got combo card when PD is not correct.

My PD is November 2022 and received an approved letter in December. I prepared everything done but Visa retrogression in January.

@Vicky Wang i also got combo card bro.. but now notice says combo card is invalid due to denial..

This is totally persecution of religious workers.The number of green cards issued to religious workers each year will not exceed 2000, and those with sufficient quotas will be taken away after policy changes.
