I-485 Case remains pending from November 2023, MSC2390287XXX
Did anyone recently get approved within this receipt block? I applied in early February 2023. My PD is July 2022, EB-2 ROW, became current in January 2024. It is currently at NBC. When I asked an USCIS agent if it is still pending or they resume processing, she said they are processing it, not sure what it means. Looking forward to some insights. Thanks.

If you go down this community posts, you will find lot of post about July 2022 PD cases. I am one of them whose waiting for approval. Mine become current in October 2023 and still nothing. I saw only one with July 2022 PD get approved recently. Let’s hope for the best and pray always!!!

Also CRP at MSC waiting for approval. Receipt in the block MSC239039. Seen a good amount of approvals in this block in the last couple of days, so hoping for the best.

how often is it to be interviewed if the u dealing basis for your I-485 is the EB2-NIW?

Unfortunately it looks like CRP cases are assigned to officers for adjudication at random.

, select the pending cases. But the information is not that useful since some pending folks are not current.
