I-485 MSC239035X Case Remains Pending (CRP) since July 2023 — let’s commiserate together
first post in this community. I need a support group as I am going a bit insane checking on myUSCIS with no update since my PD (Oct 2022) becomes current in January 2024. Reddit are full of marriage green cards getting approved in a few months. Are EB I-485s always taking longer? I had a six months delay due to retrogression. how’s everyone doing?

@Yas I our case is essentially the same — I also became current in January 2024. glad to meet you. my PD is October 2022. what’s yours?
how do you predict CRP to approval? do you use the monthly USCIS report to do that?

if my tracking is correct, this receipt block just had the most productive day since 2/11/24 — 11 cases abjucated relative to previous day. if they keep going linearly at this speed, the entire receipt block will be done by mid April. fingers crossed!

USCIS case update website is down today. no change in pending cases for this block (137 cases remaining)

end of 2/8/2024 week projection to complete for this block is beginning of May. it was a slow week for this block — only 1 case completed per day. fingers crossed for a more productive week next week.
