@Charlie SC it was a medical RFE. My EAD got approved 07/03. The AP is still pending haha

@sb bb my pd is 08/22. row. My case didn’t get transferred to field officer and also don’t need to interview.

congrats.. my pd is april 2022 .. still waiting for gc .. 2 months after interview. Not sure what is the criteria of some waiting and some getting it soon.

@sb bb My PD is June 2022. Saw many cases recently with PD of Jan, Feb, March 2023 getting approved. So PD isn't priority I think.

@Charlie SC part of me wants to file writ of mandamus .. there is no order of case processing, no reason of why not getting approved, no timeline either.

@Giang Tran How do you know your case was not transferred?

@Lil Pil I didn’t get a notification that my case was transferred so I just assume it wasn’t

@Giang Tran congratulations! although you don’t get a notification of the transfer, we find it out by chatting with live agents. But this information is of no use to you anymore! congrats again 😊

@Dr. U thank you so much :)! that’s good to know! Though my I-797 still says national benefits center so maybe my case didn’t get transferred - I’m not sure
