you don’t need the i360 if you have the i485 approved. congratulations

@Faithful God All you need is i485 approval letter, if he filed you i130 before he died that just have been what they approved. Because despite my i360 approved and i485 they went ahead and still approve i130 as well

@Kenn Kenny I filed after my husband passed so I never filed I-130. I filed I-360 and I-485 concurrently. I am waiting for an official approval notice now.

@Faithful God Today around 4-5pm, it will change to Case Approved then Monday it will be Card was Mailed, Tuesday Card picked up by USPS and they will provide you tracking number and Wednesday or Thursday depending on your location GC will be delivered

@Kenn Kenny I still haven’t gotten any approval notices in mail. It’s been almost a week. Also, my online status is still “Case Was Approved” Do you think card production is taking longer since it has been a lot of approval lately? I am very anxious.

@donia tronia About a month and a half since my RFE was delivered. Unfortunately, my online account never updated saying FO received my RFE and it was very concerning and frustrating.
