@viora Chimphonda Friend our PD’s are avour 3 months apart. maybe give it that much, I did reach out to my congressman last week but I am not sure if it has anything to do with that. I hope you get approved soon!

I hope so too am just waiting for end July because I will reach 2 years in marriage if. if i will not hear from them then I can call them and find out.

@12/19/2022 marca Texas, basically just told them what was going on and the timeline, filled out a privacy disclosure form so they can reach out on my behalf and that was it. they said they will let me know when they got an update. but I did it last Friday so I am not sure if that affected this.

@viora Chimphonda Friend I haven’t reached two years yet so I may get the conditional GC. I bothered uscis everyday, I hope you get approved soon!

@viora Chimphonda Friend I would ask a live agent for a status update via Emma almost every day. I submitted two case inquiries. I called the contact center and spoke to an agent there.

@viora Chimphonda Friend you have to get lucky with the live agents also. one was helpful and told me exactly where my app was in the process, they said “your case was reviewed by an agent yesterday” but most won’t go give out that much info. good luck and I hope yours gets approved soon!
